Some supplementary notes on manual swap

Hello DBC holders,

1. Recently we received several transfers for manual swap from applicants who have swapped part of their tokens before manual swap deadline. Our previous announcement (https://deepbrainchainglobal.medium.com/please-attention-deadline-for-dbc-neo-manual-swap-is-coming-238e722de52c) has mentioned this situation, and here we explain again, we will not support such swap applications. From today we will not refund any further DBC(Neo) transfers of this kind, and the transferor shall be responsible for any losses arising therefrom.
