DeepBrain Chain Progress Report #73 09.16–09.30

Please see below for the latest update on the project.
I. Product Development Progress
Latest Upgrade: Significant upgrade to the deep learning mirror and DBC network
1. The recent rapid growth in the number of machines has significantly optimized the DBC network node information interaction function and reduced spam transmission;
2. Launched AIM machines, all machines are now online and ready to be delivered to AIM buyers;
3. Helped 200 cards to launch on the network;
4. Continued optimization of GPU computing efficiency;
5. An enterprise version of the dbchain website is already online;
6. Upgraded the deep learning mirror that supports multiple deepshare training courses;
7. Continued development of mining smart contracts;
II. Marketing Progress
- Over 15,100 DBC Network AI users were registered as of 24:00 GMT on September 30th, 2020, Beijing time. The DBC Network is focusing on serving quality users and institutions with the capacity to pay;
- The DBC Mainchain testnet continues to be tested;
- Further cooperation with AI training institutions, the collaboration with thesis classes are progressing well and continue to bring in AI users;
III. Ecosystem Building
- Over 100 cards 2080ti and 100 cards V100 GPU added to the DBC GPU network;
- More than 100 cards GPUs lined up waiting to join the DBC GPU network;
- Still looking for GPUs to join our network, requirements as follow:
3.1 GPU hardware: 2080ti/taitanV/taitan rtx 6000
3.2 RAM: each GPU needs to have at least 128g RAM
3.3 SMP CPU (above Intel 2680 v3)
3.4 System disk 100g (SSD), data disk at least 1T (SSD) or system disk 600g (SSD), data disk 500g (HDD)
3.5 Network bandwidth: for single machine: 20M or more, or 10 sets of machine share 200M
3.6 Preferably an independent and fixed IP
3.7 Machine has to be placed in a standard data center
