Please see below for the progress we have made in July 2024.
I. Product Development Progress
Distributed Computing Network:
- Fixed the problem of failing to establish a direct stream due to the delay in calculating RTT;
- Optimized the error usage of Go context;
- Added Prometheus interface to view node resource utilization, such as the number of created co-programs, the number of established connections, and so on;
- Optimized the node broadcast method to provide message reliability and ensure that the target node can receive the message;
- Optimized the return result when the model reports an error (e.g. the token is too long);
- health-monitoring platform functions:
- Provides HTTP/Websocket service, you can use the Websocket connection as the basis for determining whether the machine is online or not
- Uses MongoDB database to store the metrics data pushed by the client-end, and supports horizontally scalable cluster service
- Provides some interfaces to provide data for Prometheus
- Provides some management interfaces or functions, such as data cleaning, persistence, etc
DeepBrain Chain Mainnet:
- Located and solved the problem that rpc can’t check the machine information of bare machine type fed back by Korean miners;
- Located and solved the problem of the failure of the committee’s supplementary pledge;
- Located and debugged the problem of the occasional failure of upgrading some transaction contracts on DBC 2.0 test network (gasLimit);
- Deployed DBC’s new 2.0 AI public chain testnet;
- Developed data migration scripts for the mainnet:
- Exported system.account address account information.
- Exported balances module DBC tokens information
- Exported GPU mining reward information of online profile module.
- Imported new testnet for data verification - Fixed bugs:
- Updated the total DBC issuance amount when receiving mining rewards
- Modified the calculation method of GPU mining reward time after the block release time of the testnet is changed to 6 seconds
II. Marketing Progress
- The DBC computing power mainnet has been officially launched, and as of August 31st, 2024 Singapore time, the GPUs in the computing power mainnet have reached 780. Other latest data on-chain are: 13 computing pools are participating, total computing power value reached 190,697.22, these GPUs have pledged a total of 65,532,376 DBC, GPU rental rate reached 83.58%, and accumulated rental income reached 3,711,281,903 DBC, total rent burnt: 75,817,857 DBC, please refer to the official website for details: https://galaxyrace.deepbrainchain.org/;
- On August 1, DeepLink announced a 1:1 airdrop to DBC users, with specific requirements: https://medium.com/@DeepLinkGlobal/deeplink-protocols-announcement-on-airdrop-for-holders-dbc-tokens-on-the-deepbrain-chan-ai-aba8d71dd22a;
- DBC sponsored the WebX conference held in Tokyo, Japan on August 28th-29th;
- On August 2, the HTX DAO voting results were released, the DePIN ecosystem voting results were released, and the DBC ecosystem project DeepLink won the first place in user support;

- On August 15th, DBC was selected into the DePins industry map released by ZKAGI;
- On August 19th, a large e-sports hotel group established cooperation with DeepLink Protocol and DeepBrain Chain, marking a new chapter in blockchain technology empowering other existing industry. DeepBrain Chain will provide distributed GPU computing power, and DeepLink Protocol will provide decentralized ultra-low latency AI cloud game rendering technology. III. Ecosystem Building
- Continuing to push for product application in the Korean, Singaporean, Vietnam, and other markets outside of China; Korean DBC-IDC officially established and Cloud Internet Cafes are being set up;
