Dear DeepBrain Chain community members,

Please see below for the progress we have made in June 2024.

I. Product Development Progress

Distributed Computing Network:

  • Added the plug-in calling function in Internet cafe power management;
  • Added the number of physical CPUs to the machine information query;
  • Optimized the model calling and logging of Text-to-text and Text-to-image according to the AI model interface standard document;
  • Created a centralized client-end function that summarizes AI node information;
  • Added the function of querying the node list running a specified AI project;
  • Added an interface to call the model using the project name;
  • Integration testing with the front-end page and wrote supplementary API and other documents;
  • Developed streaming capabilities for large language models in distributed networks;

DeepBrain Chain Mainnet:

  • Positioned and solved the problem of batch asset transfer failure;
  • Solved the problem of users not receiving rewards after reporting that a rented machine cannot be used, self-test;
  • Researched on Substrate subscription event methods and provided machine status-related subscription event documents and sample codes;
  • Provided error information documents for the online Profile rent Machine module;
  • Added the function of updating machine information;
  • A new field of “whether it is bare metal” is added to the machine information. After the new field is added, MachineInfos is stored on the chain for data migration. This field defaults to ‘’false’’ for existing machines on the chain;
  • AI mining service development (currently only provides call forwarding for registration/deregistration/task execution related interfaces);
  • Integrated dbc documents on exchanges;
  • Deployed the DBC public chain evm smart contract to the testnet;
  • Deployed the DBC public chain blockscout browser to the testnet;
  • Solved the synchronization problem of v3.2 version from block 0;

II. Marketing Progress

  • The DBC computing power mainnet has been officially launched, and as of June 30th, 2024 Singapore time, the GPUs in the computing power mainnet have reached 916. Other latest data on-chain are: 11 computing pools are participating, total computing power value reached 272,731.31, these GPUs have pledged a total of 79,180,634 DBC, GPU rental rate reached 85.04%, and accumulated rental income reached 3,668,779,039 DBC, total rent burnt: 57,602,343 DBC, please refer to the official website for details: https://galaxyrace.deepbrainchain.org/;
  • On June 6th, DBC reached a cooperation agreement with Depin project ZKAGI to jointly expand the decentralized artificial intelligence market;
  • On June 10th, DBC’s AI public chain testnet was released, this marked the entering of a new stage of development for the DBC ecosystem;
  • On June 12th, DBC officially announced a cooperation with Burrito Wallet;
  • On June 14th, DBC and ETNEWS, a well-known Korean tech media, held an offline meetup in Seoul, attracting many investors, media developers, and industry insiders to attend, the event was considered a success;

III. Ecosystem Building

  • Continuing to push for product application in the Korean, Singaporean, Vietnam, and other markets outside of China; Korean DBC-IDC officially established and Cloud Internet Cafes are being set up;
  • In order to ensure the rental rate of your DBC computing nodes, please follow the recommended configuration and GPU model of the mainnet when launching online;

HYCONS

  • Optimizing user experience:
    1.1 Improving the rental history menu on the user’s “My” page;
    1.2 Handling user page error abnormalities (wording of API server failures, etc.);
    1.3 Redefining device management tasks and improve usability;
    1.4 Optimizing GPU server/Cloud desktop search (set user country as configuration priority);
  • Redefining and revise rental cancellation policy;
  • Redefining and revising lease extension policies;
  • Optimizing relevant code (in progress).
