DeepBrain Chain Progress Report #151 03.16–03.31(2024)

Please see below for the progress we have made in the past two weeks.

I. Product Development Progress

Distributed Computing Network:

• Continuing the construction of the bootstrap node and the entire network of the distributed AIGC network as well as the communication development;
• Continue to develop support for home GPU miner function;
• Realized the construction of the network in the preliminary stage, as well as the deployment of nodes and communication links;
• Added three HTTP interfaces (including two local queries and one cross-node query);
• Documentation has been written to support Windows/Mac/Linux three systems AIGC distributed network node operation;

DeepBrain Chain Mainnet:

• Optimized the GPU on-chain pledge model, the initial pledge of DBC is reduced to 1,000, and the rewards and rentals later will go into the pledge until the total number is 100,000 DBC or the equivalent value of $300, which is under testing:
• Continue to develop on-chain short-term rental function, machine short-term rental model rules are as follows:
  a. Actual rental price = original price of the machine (DBC payment in USD equivalent) + 10% DBC (all destroyed + 20% DBC (DeepLink software revenue) + 70% DLC (28% DLC will be destroyed in real-time), e.g. if the original pricing is 0.1USD, then the actual rental price of DeepLink will be 0.1+0.01+0.01+0.07=0.2, of which the user needs to pay the equivalent of 0.13USD DBC and the equivalent of 0.07USD DLC. The system needs to detect the number of DBC+DLC paid by the user when renting on the chain and refuse to rent if the actual number paid by the user is not 2 times the original price.
  b. At the end of the previous user’s rental, the machine cannot be rented by the user within 20 blocks (because the machine is being restarted at this time), but there is still an online reward;

II. Marketing Progress

• The DBC computing power mainnet has been officially launched, and as of March 31st, 2024 Singapore time, the GPUs in the computing power mainnet have reached 692. Other latest data on-chain are: 7 computing pools are participating, total computing power value reached 214,902.81, these GPUs have pledged a total of 127,255,000 GPU rental rate reached 95.81%, and accumulated rental income reached 3,632,281,263 DBC, total rent burnt: 41,960,440 DBC, please refer to the official website for details: https://galaxyrace.deepbrainchain.org/
• NVIDIA GTC conference is approaching, on March 17th DBC founder Feng and well-known Web3 KOL @JewishZhaoDirector talked about AI market opportunities;

• DBC and DeepLink will cooperate with China’s leading e-sports hotel brand IElectronic Sports Hotel Group (85 stores in 27 cities in China) to provide each other’s users with an overall solution for cloud e-sports ultra-low latency game rendering;

• DBC is now listed on MEXC Exchange;
• A new version of the DBC mainnet has been released, ushering in major updates, including the launch of a deposit-free model, encouraging machine rental when idle, and supporting NFT functions.
