  • Created virtual machines with new features such as disk expansion, public IP, security groups, etc.;
  • Added ‘My Security Group’-related pages and interface APIs;
  • Modified the corresponding cloud platform deployment documents;
  • Solved the problems encountered during user testing;
  • Added return mac address information, and the remaining space size of each disk mount directory to query machine information interface;
  • dbc client-end is now compatible with older versions, including: close interface (/stop/xxx), create interface (operation_name: linux, windows);
  • The network can now detect whether the current graphics card of the virtual machine are available when starting and restarting the virtual machine, if there is a dropped(offline) GPU, the xml configuration file will be updated and the dropped graphics card will be removed;
  • Solved the problem that checking the mirror list without a data disk would lead to crash;
  • Modified the creation failure problem caused by PXE’s memballoon;
  • Modified dbc so that it can detect the restart of the libvirtd service and reconnect it automatically, without having to restart it manually;
  • dbc no longer monitors failed virtual machines;
  • The ability to modify settings such as security groups without shutting down the virtual machine is now possible;
  • Modified the file encoding utf8 (no bom) for unified dbc;
  • Added parameters to check env specifying the device ID of the graphics card;
  • Added the ability to turn off the firewall (ufw) in the dbc installation and upgrade scripts;
  • DBC ERC20 contract validation;
  • Change of synchronization nodes of DBC mainnet;
  • Fixed the problem of overwhelming penalty amount for rejection of when a machine requests to be launched on-chain;
  • DBC computing mainnet has been officially launched, as of May 31st, 2022 Singapore time, the latest data on the chain is: there are 20 computing pools participating, providing 1,725 GPUs, the total computing value reached 413,059.67, these GPUs pledged a total of 172,915,000 DBCs, the GPU rental rate reached 84.57%, and the accumulated rental income reached 1,076,893,900 DBCs, please refer to the official website for details:
  • The DBC team had a meeting with the U.S. Metaverse project GALA’s team to further confirm the future plan of developing GPU cloud platform and ecosystem in the U.S.;
  • The Korean GPU cloud platform confirmed its brand name: “Hycons” and plans to complete the brand design in July;
  • Huobi Exchange went live with DBC/USDT trading pairs at 16:00 Singapore time on May 25th, and DBC founder Feng did a livestream in Huobi community on the 27th, with 6.2K viewers, while Huobi did a DBC Candy drop worth over $100K;
  • Progress of on-chain governance proposals:
  • The total number of GPUs in the mainnet of computing power stays 1,725, with a combined occupancy rate of 85%, the rental rent remains atble;
  • 160 GPUs and 1 new computing node added;
  • The computing power cloud platform based on the DBC network continues to be promoted, and is committed to expanding the scope of DBC computing power applications and ensuring stable GPU rental rates in the computing power network;
  • The Council has successfully pushed for the listing of the USDT trading pair on Huobi Exchange through the funding of the voting resolution;
