DeepBrain Chain December Progress Report [Dec 01 — Dec 31]
Dear DeepBrain Chain community members, Please see below for the progress we have made in December 2024.
I. Product Development Progress
Distributed Computing Network:
1. Automatically detect/download/update upgrades posted on Github Release;
2. Refactoring of timed scheduled tasks;
3. Chat model now supports image recognition requests;
4. Optimized the historical contact(s) node connected at startup;
DeepBrain Chain Mainnet:
- Handling and fixing issues such as data migration, DBC asset unlocking and lease status update for the new mainnet;
2. Deployed DBC Swap related functions in the testnet;
3. Fixed problems related to code auditing;
4. Added the function of pre-compiled contract whitelist;
5. Investigated the batch deletion method in the batch deletion method of penalty information for verifying that a node is in pending after the startup of a new mainnet;
6. Located, troubleshoot and solved the problem of incorrect expiration time of newly cast NFTs on dbc chain after the launch of the new mainnet;
7. Added the function of free mining mode in the dbc-main repository;
8. Completed the basic functions of the free mining mode, with the functions of free joining, free exiting, reporting, and verifying people’s votes;
9. Compiled and debugged the free mode mining, deployed to the dbc test environment for self-test;
II. Marketing Progress
1. The DBC computing power mainnet has been officially launched, and as of November 30th, 2024 Singapore time, the GPUs in the computing power mainnet have reached 1,145. Other latest data on-chain are: 15 computing pools are participating, total computing power value reached 259,985.16, these GPUs have pledged a total of 74,656,797 DBC, GPU rental rate reached 92.58%, and accumulated rental income reached 3,796,967,008 DBC, total rent burnt: 112,540,045 DBC, please refer to the official website for details:https://galaxyrace.deepbrainchain.org/;
2. On December 6, in Shanghai, China, Feng He attended the “Digital Intelligence 2025 — Towards the International Summit of Distributed Artificial Intelligence Era” co-hosted by RClub, Softbank Group Corp, DBC, etc. During the event, DBC Founder Feng delivered a keynote speech on the theme of “DBC AI Builds Trillion-Dollar Decentralized Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure” in the opening session, and in the roundtable session, he had a detailed discussion on the ecosystem construction and development of public chain with a number of public chain guests, such as Herbert, General Manager of Asia-Pacific of ICP Foundation, and Mr. Yang Guang, Head of Conflux. During the event, Feng, the founder of DBC AI public chain, received high attention from the audience and guests;
3. On December 8th, DBC’s founder Feng successfully replicated his virtual image through advanced digital human technology, an innovative initiative that will significantly enhance DBC’s marketing campaign in several ways. Firstly, the Digital human Feng is active on social media and live streaming platforms, responding to user questions online 24 hours a day, greatly increasing user interaction and brand exposure; Secondly, the unified image and professional performance of the Digital human Feng reinforces DBC’s brand consistency and enhances user trust;

1. Continuing to push for product application in the Korean, Singaporean, Vietnam, and other markets outside of China; Korean DBC-IDC officially established and Cloud Internet Cafes are being set up;
2. In order to ensure the rental rate of your DBC computing nodes, please follow the recommended configuration and GPU model of the mainnet when launching online;
