DBCjoanna（DBC-Korea）:

Hello, my name is Park Ji-hye. The name on the DBC chain is DBC-KOREA. I am Korean. I have studied in China and worked in China for many years, so I am proficient in Chinese and Korean. I used to do traditional trades. I am fortunate to recognize the DeepBrain Chain blockchain project and deeply feel the charm of it. This is the combination of traditional industry and blockchain, and it also conforms to the future trend of the fourth industry.

DBC-Calpis:

I believe the old members are already familiar with you, but we also have some new members.

It’s not your first time as a council member, is it? what have you done during your time as a councilor?

DBCjoanna（DBC-Korea）:

DeepBrain Chain began to land in Korea at the beginning of this year. I am honored to expand the Korean market together with DeepBrain Chain at the initial stage of landing in Korea.

During this period, the more things to do are roughly as follows:

(1) In the early stage, the Korean computing pool was expanded. Now there are 2 large computing pools in South Korea with a total of 140 cards, 3090 and A5000, and will be added later;

(2) Expand the local cloud platform in Korea, and meet with cloud platform customers, publicize our projects and let customers test our computing power, etc.

3) Now, for DBC to be listed on the Korean exchange, it is also in contact with the Korean multi-party exchange channels, and is now building a Korean local community for the follow-up Korean exchange;

(4) In addition, in order to expand DeepBrain Chain in Korea, I have done Korean translation work for the original data of DeepBrain Chain, including Korean blogs, which I am also managing. And the foundation also provides translation support when it travels to Korea to jointly expand the DeepBrain Chain

DBC-Calpis:

next question, as a long-term participant in DAO, What do you think the governance mechanism of the council needs to be improved?

DBCjoanna（DBC-Korea）:

We elect 21 people every 2 months. Most of the council members are very enthusiastic to participate in the ecological development and construction, and hold meetings to discuss things with each other, but a small number of council members do not join the community, communicate together, and rarely participate in voting. Therefore, I still hope that every time the council is elected, people who are really involved in ecological construction will join in, so as to be worthy of the voter’s judgment. Only the directors who actually participate in the construction can communicate with each other about important ecological matters, and participate in the voting to bring the ecology on the right track.

I also hope that the councils can communicate more about what they are doing and the direction they are doing, so that they can make use of their respective strengths and jointly build the DeepBrain Chain ecosystem.

And next, Why do you choose to join the council again?

DBCjoanna（DBC-Korea）:

I have served on the board for 3 terms and am honored to be elected as the chief director for 2 consecutive terms. Although it is not good enough, I am very grateful to every member and every director for their support and help.

The reason for the re-election of the board of directors this time is that in the second half of this year, DBC needs to focus on expanding its cloud platform customers and make every effort to enter the Korean exchange. For these two things, I hope to apply for the board position again and communicate closely with each board member. Details of the progress, receive suggestions and experience from multiple parties. Get the best results.

And the last question for this part, what do you think the focus should be for DBC in short-term and long-term?

DBCjoanna（DBC-Korea）:

I think the most important development right now is the expansion of cloud platforms and more exchanges

At present, the number of cards on the Galaxy Competition is increasing, but the cloud platform rental rate has not kept up. The DeepBrain Chain ecosystem needs cloud platforms from all over the world to jointly develop cloud platform customers. Let’s rent out the mainnet computing power together. The more customers, the more currency holders, and the faster the card registration speed will be, which is the biggest core of ecological development.

As for the exchange, although it is a bull market, the bear market is also an opportunity for us. Especially for Korean development, Koreans use Korean exchanges to buy and sell currencies. And DBC develops the Korean market, whether it is a computing pool, a cloud platform or a holder need to buy and sell DBC. If DBC is listed on major Korean exchanges, I believe it will more effectively drive the ecological development and increase the currency price, which is also all of us. One of the ultimate goals of the members.

I’ve seen the rental rate showing on the galaxy race page has been declining, it seems to be over 60% currently.

You just also emphasized that you are looking for customers in the second half of the year. Do you have a general plan about how to find them?

DBCjoanna（DBC-Korea）:

Hello, the reason why the rental rate is falling now is that our South Korean calculation pool launched 120 cards 3090 at one time last week.

The Korean cloud platform has just been officially launched

n Korea, in the face of corporate customers, a formal cloud platform and computing power are required to do vigorous publicity and business.

We have already started to actually test our computing power to AI clients, as well as rendering clients.

The general test takes 2 to 3 weeks. Confirm its stability. It takes 1–2 months to actually negotiate an order.

Therefore, it will take a long time for us to expand cloud platform customers in Korea. However, South Korea’s fourth industry is the main force in the development. After time testing and marketing, I believe the rental rate will be stable.
