Building Bridges Globally: The DBC Executive Committees
A call for Executive Committee Application:
To promote the development and application of DeepBrainChain (DBC) globally, DBC’s regional executive committees are established, including the Asian executive committee, the Americas executive committee and the European executive committee. Members of the Executive Committee work full-time and non-part-time. These executive committees will operate independently, independently of each other, and independently of the DBC Foundation and the Board of Governors. In the actual implementation process, taking into account the cost, a gradual implementation method is used to elect one of the highest-vote Executive Committee chairpersons first, and then gradually optimize the programme.
Article 1 Structure of the Executive Committee
1.1 **Election of the President**:
* Candidates are recommended or self-recommended by the community.
* Candidates run in the form of elections.
* Twenty-one members of the Council vote to elect the President, and at least 13 candidates with the largest number of votes are elected.

The first three months are a trial period, and the salary during the trial period is 3000U + 2 million DBCs per month.
* Asian presidents earn up to 60% of their monthly salary in the Americas
*Candidates can also pay their own salaries.
